The Big Give is a 26-hour online giving event to make a difference through kindness. The Columbus Foundation, its family of donors, and corporate and community partners have provided a $1.3 Million+ Bonus Pool, encouraging everyone to support nonprofits they care about. By working together,our communities can show their kindness and support local nonprofits!
Everyone who gives will have their donation(s) increased –Donations received during the 26-hour event will be amplified by Bonus Pool funds. In addition, the Foundation will cover all credit card fees, so 100 percent of donations go to participating nonprofits.
The Big Give was created by The Columbus Foundation and is fueled by The Giving Store, the Foundation’s online marketplace of more than 800 nonprofits from a 10-county region. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE in The Big Give?
Beginning on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. ET (Not Before)
through Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. ET
Make a donation to support The Delaware County Historical Society at our listing in The Giving Store
Columbus Foundation donors can make a donation using their Donor Advised Fund or Supporting Foundation starting at a minimum of $100, or $20 by using a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). The general public may participate by using a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), starting with a minimum gift of $20.
Everyone who makes a donation will receive an email receipt of their donation.
The Columbus Foundation is covering the fee of 2.35% per credit card transaction, so 100 percent of donations will be directed to participating nonprofits.
All donations are final; no donation can be rescinded.
