A short distance west of the city of Delaware was the farm where I grew up.  The Delaware Run meandered through the pasture behind our barns.  As a youth, I would play along its banks and imagine what it would have been like living there when this land was a frontier.  Through the years, I heard intriguing stories of hardships and dangers faced by both the Indians and the settlers of this area.  These stories took place by the springs and streams of Delaware County.  Join us as we visit these sites and relive their stories.
